Role Summary

Your time will be split equally between a) the preparation and maintenance of high-quality detailed presentations of multiple ARP products and b) administratively supporting the sales effort including the coordination of scheduling meetings with existing and potential clients.


  • Draft and update high quality client presentations, pitch books, summary presentations, due diligence questionnaires, and other marketing material
  • Assist the business development team in a systematic manner to maintain high standards of care with existing and potential client relationships
  • Manage calendars, marketing meetings, and road shows (several meetings in a row). This includes booking travel accommodations (flights, hotels, ground transportation)
  • Help in the coordination of relationships with prospects including public and corporate pension funds, global consultants, and foundations & endowments
  • Complete detailed research on prospects and existing clients including detailed analysis on existing and potential portfolio holdings


  • 0-5 years of relevant work experience preferably as marketing support in a marketing/business development department
  • Polished individual with outstanding quantitative, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Highest integrity and ethics
  • Advanced skills using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • High level of academic achievement with an exceptional level of technical savvy
  • Familiarity with the Salesforce CRM system or a similar product is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree from university; involvement in extracurricular activities a plus
